About Timely Transaction Coordination

Jessica Bearman has been involved in Real Estate since 2016 when she started as a Sales Agent and worked her way up to owning her own Brokerage where she discovered how difficult it is to juggle all the tasks to do in a day. From meeting new Clients, to chasing up Lenders, to calling Title Companies, it can all be overwhelming, leaving little time for new growth opportunities. She also discovered she enjoyed the transaction side of things and decided to put her talents to use helping others to navigate the process of managing their own transactions. Jessica's prior experience, attention for detail, knack for organization and top-notch administrative skills, all combine to make her an excellent Transaction Coordinator.
